Over 700,000!?
July 7, 2023
Reproductive Rights
This week, Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights turned in more than 700,000 signatures from Ohioans in all 88 counties to the Secretary of State’s office to put abortion rights on the ballot this November.
Ohio Democrats are proud to announce that we turned in 116,863 signatures! Thank you to those of you who volunteered with this effort. It wouldn’t have been possible without all of you.
Vote NO on Issue 1
Step one this year was turning in signatures to get abortion rights on the ballot as soon as possible.
The next step is to turn out our base to vote NO in the August election. This election is “100%” a tactic to keep abortion off of the ballot in November. But we aren’t going down without a fight.
Join us for our Weekend of Action. Find a canvass near you and get ready to knock some doors!
PARTY TIME
We are ONE WEEK away from the Ohio Democrats Family Reunion on Saturday, July 15th.
The Family Reunion is a great chance for Democrats from all over the state to come together and take a break from all of the hard work we’ve been doing all year. Don’t worry, we’ll get right back to work after the event!
We hope you will join us for a day of food, fun and friends!

Until Next Time
Ohio Democrats are working hard gearing up to re-elect Senator Sherrod Brown in 2024. Please consider contributing as much as you can to help Ohio Democrats turn out as many of our voters as we can to vote NO on Issue 1 in August.
If you’re unsure about how much more you can contribute, simply reply to this email. We’d be happy to help.
As always, thank you for standing with us. I am immensely grateful for your partnership.
Onward,
Emily Feltz
