Vivek Ramaswamy Must Reject Endorsement from Alleged Abuser Max Miller

Columbus, Ohio- As abuse allegations continue to mount against OH-7 Congressman Max Miller, Vivek Ramaswamy must immediately reject his endorsement and call for his resignation from Congress. Miller is still listed on the endorsements section of Ramaswamy’s website.
Miller is accused of violent behavior toward multiple women, in addition to verbal abuse. Injuries to his 2-year-old daughter were investigated by police earlier this year. Republican Senator Bernie Moreno, Miller’s former father-in-law, said, “If there are any basic standards of character required to hold elected office, Max Miller fails them.”
Miller isn’t the only Ramaswamy associate with disturbing allegations. Vivek Ramaswamy accepted endorsements from state legislators accused of misconduct with minors and refused to call for the release of the Epstein files.
“Vivek Ramaswamy’s silence regarding the horrifying abuse allegations against Max Miller is disqualifying. If Ramaswamy can’t even condemn Miller’s violent behavior, let alone reject his endorsement, how can Ohioans trust him to protect their families?” said Ohio Democratic Party spokeswoman Katie Seewer.
- U.S. Sen. Bernie Moreno said Sunday that his former son-in-law, U.S. Rep. Max Miller, is a danger to his daughter and should not serve in Congress.
- Both men are listed as endorsers on Vivek Ramaswamy’s campaign website. As of Sunday afternoon, Miller’s name appeared under “Ohio Congressional Delegation” on the official endorsements page for Ramaswamy’s gubernatorial campaign, alongside U.S. Reps. Jim Jordan, Dave Taylor, Michael Rulli and Warren Davidson.
